CHRISTINA WOODARD
teacher/choreographer
Christina, has worked as a choreographer, dancer, private coach, and master
teacher in the entertainment industry for over 15 years. Her edgy style, powerful
choreography, and challenging classes have put her in demand throughout the
world. As a licensed shitasu body worker and massage therapist, Christina brings her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology into her work; focusing on core strength, stretch, and placement. She inspires dancers to express themselves…to create... and not just imitate!
Christina’s choreography and performance credits include: Nickelodeon’s hit
shows iCarly and Victorious, Gary Unmarried on CBS, Nappytabs new show MOBBED
on FOX, Big Brother, Fame LA, Suddenly Susan, and The Nikki Cox Show. She has
appeared in US and national commercials for Job Corps, “just say no” anti drug
campaigns, and the Grammy Awards. Industrials for Guess, Nike, Nestle, and many
live shows benefiting everything from cancer research to aiding various
communities in need of disaster relief.
Christina is a faculty member of EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood
California, and Harbour Dance Centre when in Vancouver Canada.
Christina has been a master teacher at many Universities and Colleges including:
Loyola Marymount, University of Southern California, Pittsburg State Kansas,
Kansas State University, University of Wisconsin at Madison, Sam Houston University, and University of Central Oklahoma.
Christina has been on faculty with various conventions and competitions:
GrooveStreet in Canada, LA Danceforce, New York Dance Experience, Dance Masters of America, Dance Olympus, Showstopper, International Dance Challenge, In10sity Dance Conventions, OKLA Dance Connection, Rocky Mountain Dance Project, and many dance festivals throughout Canada.
Christina is currently working on season 3 of Victorious and traveling the world teaching workshops, master classes and setting works of choreography.
