Congratulations to MSA choreographer Josh Bergasse for his work on The Sound Of Music at Carnegie Hall this past
Tuesday April 24th that helped benefit Carnegie Hall’s artistic and education programs.
This special one-night-only performance of the classic Broadway musical starred Laura Osnes (Maria Rainer),
Tony Goldwyn (Captain Georg von Trapp), Brooke Shields (Elsa Schraeder), Patrick Page (Max Detweiler) and
Stephanie Blythe (The Mother Abbess) along with several other amazing performers.

A Street Car Named Desire
A Streetcar Named Desire begins its limited Broadway run at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City on Tuesday, April 3, 2012
and it celebrates its opening Sunday, April 22, 2012.
The show will feature the work of MSA Choreographer Camille A. Brown.

Sign-in Jazz: 1:30pm
Jazz: 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Sign-in Musical Theater: 2:30pm
Musical Theater: 3:00pm to 4:00pm
Vocal: 4:00pm to 6:00pm
WHAT TO PREPARE: For both Jazz and Musical Theater, you will be taught choreography. Come dressed to dance,
body conscious. Men - bring jazz shoes and/or sneakers. Women – bring character heels (theater only) and jazz shoes
and/or sneakers.
If you attend the Musical Theater audition, you MUST stay to sing after you dance. There will be NO exceptions.
Prepare a 32 bar cut from a song of your choice that shows off your range and personality. Bring sheet music
(in the correct key), as an accompanist will be provided.
You do NOT need to attend both the Jazz and Musical Theater auditions to be considered for representation. Should
you plan to attend both auditions, please let us know at sign-in. You will need to bring an additional headshot/resume and
will be expected to stay for the entire day to both dance and sing. You will NOT need to sign-in again for the Musical
Theater audition.

Maria Torres recently choreographed a Microsoft Live Industrial in Herald Square for the new Microsoft phone "The Mango."
Tricia Brouk is currently choreographing Tokio Confidential off-Broadway at the Atlantic Stage 2 theatre in New York City.
She is also choreographing I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change at Central Coast in Wisconsin.
Lorin Latarro choreographed Saving Aimee at the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle with Sean McKnight (Associate Choreographer).
Lorin will also be choreographing City Club at an off-Broadway theatre in NYC.
Joey Pizzi choreographed an episode of Gossip Girl with Brooke Wendle (Assistant Choreographer).
