Julie McDonald
Founder/Sr. Agent - Julie McDonald is a true pioneer in the world of dance. When her own career as a dancer was cut short by injury, Julie broke new ground by becoming the first talent agent to exclusively represent dancers and choreographers. “As a dancer, I didn’t have a clue about how to go about having a career,” she says now. “There was nobody looking out for dancers in terms of wages, working conditions or credits.”

Founder/Sr. Agent - In his role as Founder and Senior Agent at McDonald Selznick Associates, Tony has been instrumental in the career development of some of the most sought-after film, television and stage choreographers in the world. Working with his partner Julie McDonald, he has helped their clients bring movement to life in popular culture.

Assistant, Choreography - Josh Diorio grew up watching MSA Dancers and Choreographers excel in the Entertainment Business, and is now thrilled to be a part of the industry that has inspired him for so long. Born and raised in the Boston area, Josh trained as a competitive gymnast, which first exposed him to the art of movement. Eventually, Josh utilized his acrobatics training to transition into other forms of dance, such as Breaking and Circus Arts.

In pursuing that dream she began her transition by climbing the ladder as a freelance commercial casting associate and for many years worked for prominent casting directors Liz Paulson, Ross Lacy, Dowd/Roman & Spot casting.
Agent, Dance - With an extensive background as a professional dancer, former agent with Twentieth Century Artists, published author of “Making The Move” and “Brain Snacks”, keynote speaker and business entrepreneur, Shelli brings a wide range of experience as an agent to the MSA team.

Bre O'Toole joined McDonald/Selznick Associates East Coast division in May, 2007 upon graduating from The University at Buffalo with high honors and a BFA in Dance. Bre has been immersed in the dance world for years and is now working along side Lucille DiCampli at MSA NY.
After a short stint in corporate America, Carly is excited to return to the entertainment industry. A graduate of Muhlenberg College with a BA in Theatre and Political Science, Carly brings a wide range of business and arts experience to the MSA team in New York.
Kelli Moshen is a graduate of The University of the Arts, with a BFA in Dance. Kelli has a diverse performance resume and is now very excited to work on the business side of the Industry.
