Lucille's career has spanned the spectrum of dance. She's worked as a professional dancer, choreographer, producer, and agent in several talent agencies in New York, Boston and in Los Angeles. While working as an agent in L.A., Lucille assisted in the growth, development and visibility of dance and choreography in all mediums. Several years ago, she opened the New York division of McDonald Selznick Associates and is currently directing the agency. MSA represents some of the finest Choreography and Dance talent in the business. Her clients have choreographed or danced in feature films, television, music videos, tours, Broadway shows, commercials, and more. They have worked with vocalists like Madonna, Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Cher, and Beyonce. On Broadway, in such shows as Wicked, In the Heights, Mary Poppins, Guys and Dolls, Billy Elliot, and Rock of Ages; just to name a few. Her directors and choreographers have received American Choreography Awards, Emmy Awards, Tony Awards, DramaLogue Awards and MTV Awards. Lucille is thrilled to be back on the East Coast, working with her roster of high caliber artists and establishing a stronger dance community in New York.
